Refining operations, planning for the future: ZDATA is honored with the industry's first "Data Center Refined Operation Level 4" highest certification.
On September 5th-6th, the "Open Data Center Summit" with the theme "Enjoying the Brilliance of Computing Power, Heading Towards a Low-Carbon Future" was held at the Beijing International Convention Center. During the summit, the results of the annual evaluation of "Data Center Fine Operation Level" were announced. Yu Xiaohui, the director of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, presented medals to the award-winning units. ZDATA Green Big Data Industry Base was awarded the "Data Center Fine Operation Level 4" certification, which is the highest level in this round of evaluations.

The evaluation of Data Center Fine Operation Level was jointly initiated by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the News and Publicity Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Open Data Center Committee (ODCC) in 2022. Today, exploring how to achieve low-carbon, efficient, safe, reliable, flexible, agile, and intelligent operation of data centers through the organic combination of equipment, monitoring, management, scheduling platforms, and operation and maintenance work has become a key focus in the industry. Fine operation evaluates dimensions such as process management, quality management, equipment management, resource management, personnel, and organizational management for data centers, classified from Level 1 to Level 5, with Level 5 being the highest.
As one of the first enterprises to receive the evaluation of Data Center Fine Operation Level, ZDATA's recognition reflects outstanding performance in daily operations, risk management, emergency capabilities, etc. It also fully demonstrates the strongest capabilities defined as "national new type" in the combination of high-level operation and intelligent systems.

Streamlined Processes, Guided by "Intelligence"
To ensure the stable operation of data centers, ZDATA's operation and maintenance team adopts a 24/7 on-site standby mode, ensuring readiness at all times. A well-established equipment maintenance plan and intensive infrastructure inspection methods ensure comprehensive identification of potential risks. Leveraging the data recording and automatic upload feature of the intelligent operation and maintenance platform, operation and maintenance personnel can efficiently analyze the operational status, achieve integrated management of work order processes and electronic patrols. Simultaneously, the operation and maintenance team organizes regular expert inspections, practical exercises, health assessments, and other in-depth operation and maintenance activities. Through continuous improvement of the operation and maintenance process, overall operational quality is enhanced.
Quality Operation, Where "Intelligence" is Essential
In the operation process, ZDATA conducts a comprehensive evaluation of data center facilities and the environment, predicts potential risks of various types, and formulates emergency management plans, knowledge bases, and operating manuals for different scenarios. This enables operation and maintenance personnel to identify and respond to data center risks more promptly, ensuring high-quality operation and maintaining a record of zero incidents in operation and maintenance.
Equipment Management, Mastery Through "Intelligence"
ZDATA's operated data centers utilize the DCOM intelligent operation and maintenance platform, strictly adhering to standards such as ITIL and ITSS. Combining the characteristics of data center operation and maintenance, a business-complete, process-standard operation and maintenance service management system is established. This system achieves the electronic, standardized, procedural, and automated management of data center equipment, ensuring that facilities remain in good operating condition, improving equipment performance comprehensively, enhancing production efficiency, and providing secure services.
Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction, Empowered by "Intelligence"
Through the DCOM intelligent operation and maintenance platform, real-time monitoring and dynamic management of data center operating capacity and energy utilization are conducted. The standard operating mode configuration and energy-saving operation mode configuration of the power distribution system are continuously optimized. This ensures that all electrical equipment operates under the optimal configuration. With the efforts of operation and maintenance, high-efficiency energy conservation in data centers is achieved.
Organizational Optimization, Guided by "Intelligence"
ZDATA places great emphasis on the standardization and management of data center suppliers, continuously optimizing the supply chain, reducing procurement costs, and ensuring SLA standards. Simultaneously, to help operation and maintenance personnel understand the architecture and interrelationships of the operation and maintenance system, enhance individual skills, and improve operation and maintenance capabilities, ZDATA has formulated a comprehensive training and assessment system. Through various forms of training, team work efficiency and operation and maintenance capabilities are enhanced.
With meticulous attention to details and smart strategies, ZDATA has consistently been at the forefront of the digital information era, safeguarding the secure and stable operation of customer data. In the future, under the strategic background of "East Counting, West Calculating," ZDATA will continue to promote computing power upgrades, green and low-carbon initiatives, and collaborative innovation in fine operation. This will contribute to the intensive, large-scale, and green development of the data center industry.
