Recently, Zhou Kai, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Liu Haiquan, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, held a meeting with Zhou Kang, founder and chairman of ZDATA, and his delegation to engage in in-depth discussions on accelerating the development of the computing power industry.
On behalf of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, Zhou Kai extended a warm welcome to Zhou Kang and his delegation and expressed gratitude for the long-standing contributions Zhonglian Data has made to Ulanqab. He stated that currently, we are thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the National Two Sessions, earnestly carrying out the Autonomous Region Party Committee’s “1571” work plan, developing new-quality productive forces tailored to local conditions, adhering to the direction of green, intelligent, and integrated development, deeply implementing the “AI+” initiative, promoting the synergy between computing and power, continuously strengthening and optimizing the computing power industry, and accelerating the construction of a national green computing power and data industry cluster. He expressed hope that Zhonglian Data would further expand its industrial footprint in Ulanqab, deepen practical cooperation in areas such as the construction of the intelligent computing park and talent development, and achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefit. Ulanqab will continue to optimize the business environment, provide full support and services, and effectively safeguard the development of enterprises.
Zhou Kang expressed gratitude for the care and support provided to the enterprise by the Ulanqab Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. He stated that Zhonglian Data will leverage Ulanqab’s resource endowments and industrial layout to continuously deepen communication and coordination, further increase investment, accelerate project construction, and contribute to the economic and social development of Ulanqab.
