Consolidating the Computing Foundation, Ensuring Secure Operation|ZDATA's Mingwei 110kV No.2 Substation in Zhangjiakou and Ulanqab 110kV Yaxin Yunlian Substation Officially Commence Operation
Recently, the Mingwei 110kV No.2 Substation and the Ulanqab 110kV Yaxin Yunlian Substation have successively completed power transmission. During project construction, the design principles of high reliability, green energy efficiency, adaptability, and intelligent integration were strictly adhered to, providing reliable assurance for stable power supply.
Dual Hubs Successively Commence Operation, Computing Base Upgraded
► The Mingwei 110kV No.2 Substation commenced construction in early October 2024. During construction, ZDATA organized construction teams to overcome external challenges such as right-of-way acquisition delays and winter construction constraints. It achieved dual-circuit power transmission ahead of schedule on June 25, 2025, providing robust support for the power supply of ZDATA's Yu County project cluster.
► The Ulanqab 110kV Yaxin Yunlian Substation, located in the heart of the Chahar High-Tech Zone, faced complex land acquisition and construction bottlenecks. The project team proactively collaborated with relevant departments of Ulanqab Power Supply Company to overcome grid access restrictions during critical security periods for the national college entrance exams. By establishing a "night construction window" and "green approval channel," they completed the full line connection on schedule. The entire line passed acceptance on June 30, ensuring the substation achieved its power transmission target on July 1.
Racing Against Time, Experiencing ZDATA's "Acceleration"
► The successive commissioning of the Mingwei 110kV No.2 Substation and the Ulanqab 110kV Yaxin Yunlian Substation will provide stable, high-capacity power support for the massive regional data center clusters. This will underpin their massive data computing and storage tasks, facilitate interconnectivity in regions like Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Ulanqab, and deliver solid energy support for regional digital economic development.

Regulations on the Security Protection of Key Information Infrastructure; Implemented Today! ZDATA Constructs Infrastructure Security Barrier
The "Regulations on the Security Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure" (referred to as the "Regulations") is the first administrative regulation in China specifically for the security protection of key information technology facilities. It provides detailed provisions on critical issues such as the scope definition, authorization recognition, and responsibility mechanism for critical information infrastructure. The Regulations serve as a refinement and implementation of relevant sections of the previously released "Cyber Security Law" and represent a significant milestone in the country's efforts to safeguard network security and information security.
