At the new starting point marking the kick‑off year of the 15th Five‑Year Plan, the Global Digital Economy Conference 2026 was held at the China National Convention Center from July 2 to 5. Located in Miyun District, Beijing, this intelligent computing project deploys large‑scale high‑performance computing server clusters, featuring ultra‑large storage capacity and high‑speed network with ultra‑low latency. It can meet the stringent requirements for storage performance, data throughput and computing power stability demanded by training and inference of large‑scale AI models. By deploying high‑performance cache and large‑capacity tiered storage architecture, coupled with high‑bandwidth and low‑latency network interconnection solutions, the project effectively supports core requirements such as random read‑write of massive small‑sized files, large‑scale parallel data loading, and high‑speed access of model parameters, ensuring stable and smooth system operation. In addition, the system enables cascaded energy utilization in coordination with building heating, delivering an integrated operation guarantee solution with high performance, high reliability, energy‑saving and low‑carbon features for AI intelligent computing scenarios.
