Continuous Breakthroughs, Third Consecutive Accolade | ZDATA Zhangjiakou Mingwei Jingxi Data Center D1 Earns Uptime M&O Certification!
Recently,ZDATA Zhangjiakou Mingwei Jingxi Cloud Computing Data Center D1 officially received the Uptime Institute Management & Operations (M&O) Stamp of Approval. Following the Ulanqab and Datong projects, this marks the third data center withinZDATAto obtain this internationally recognized certification in 2026, fully demonstrating the Group’s operational management capabilities at scale.
As a leading authority in the global digital infrastructure sector, the Uptime Institute’s M&O certification focuses on evaluating a data center’s management standards during actual operations. It covers multiple dimensions, including operational management, maintenance processes, staffing, and training systems, and centers its assessment on the data center’s end-to-end operational capabilities. This includes the operational management system, compliance with process standards, staff professionalism, and emergency response mechanisms, establishing a rigorous evaluation framework. Achieving this certification signifies that the data center’s daily operations have reached internationally recognized standards of excellence.
The M&O certification for the Zhangjiakou Mingwei Jingxi Cloud Computing Data Center D1 was granted following an on-site assessment conducted from January 13 to 15, 2026. During the three-day audit, the project team demonstrated solid operational expertise: from the standardized execution of standard operating procedures to practical drills of emergency response plans; from the professional competence of operations and maintenance personnel to the continuously optimized management system, every aspect passed the rigorous scrutiny of the expert review panel. This is not only an authoritative endorsement of the project’s daily operational quality but also a testament to China United Data Group’s robust capability to integrate international standards into daily operations and ensure stable performance through standardized management.
From Ulanqab to Datong, and then to Zhangjiakou, these three data centers are strategically located within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei–Shanxi-Inner Mongolia computing power coordination zone. As the Group’s key computing power hubs in North China, their successive attainment of international authoritative certifications signifies far more than the accumulation of honors. This marks a transition inZDATA operational management system from “isolated breakthroughs” to “systematic delivery.” In the complex environment of concurrent operations across multiple regions and projects, this scalable and standardized operational capability is becoming the Group’s core competitive advantage as it continues to deepen its presence in the digital infrastructure sector and earn the trust of its clients.
