Arithmetic Leads, Digital Intelligence Empowers | ZDATA Appears at the 8th Digital China Construction Summit!

On April 29, the 8th Digital China Construction Summit opened in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. This banyan city, which carries a thousand years of cultural lineage, is using digital as the pen and innovation as the ink, and is painting a brilliant chapter of Chinese-style modernization on the scroll of the new era. The theme of this year’s summit is “Twenty-five Years of Advancement - Digital China Records a New Chapter - Digital Intelligence Leads to High-Quality Development”. In addition to the opening ceremony and the main forum, this year’s summit also features more than 20 sub-forums, the Digital China Innovation Competition, “Minjiang Digital Night Talk”, and other special events, as well as an on-site experience zone. The summit is co-hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Data Administration, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Fujian Provincial Government, and is organized by the Fuzhou Municipal Government and related units. Zhejiang Province and Chongqing Municipality were invited as guest provinces (cities). At the summit, over 70 achievements were released, including the *Digital China Development Report (2024)* and the *National Data Resources Survey Report (2024)*, comprehensively showcasing China’s new progress in digital technology innovation, artificial intelligence applications, and the development and utilization of data resources. More than 100 academicians and experts gathered at the summit.

 

 

Zhang Guoqing, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony of the 8th Digital China Construction Summit and delivered a speech in Fujian from April 28 to 29. Zhang Guoqing stated that building a digital China is an important engine for promoting Chinese-style modernization and a strong support for establishing new national competitive advantages. Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, the construction of digital China has achieved significant results. He proposed to advance the construction of integrated computing power networks and data circulation and utilization infrastructure, and to promote the development of new quality productive forces in the digital field. It is necessary to accelerate the implementation of the “Artificial Intelligence Plus” initiative, actively cultivate industry-specific vertical models, and continuously expand space for industrial upgrading and economic growth.

 

 

In the Shanxi exhibition area, ZDATA and nine other digital enterprises appeared at the 8th Digital China Construction Summit, focusing on areas such as computing power infrastructure, government services, and energy, and collectively presented the latest achievements in supporting the digital transformation of Shanxi Province. On the afternoon of April 28, a delegation led by Li Zhengyin, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, visited the ZDATA exhibition booth. Other members of the delegation included Yan Zhongli, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Shanxi Provincial Data Administration; Guo Jiangping, Deputy Director of the Shanxi Provincial Cyberspace Administration; Zhang Xiaolei, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology; and Zhao Jiangyan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Project Promotion Center of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.At the booth, Kang Nan, Vice President of ZDATA, introduced to the delegation led by Vice Chairman Li Zhengyin the company’s achievements in construction and operations as part of building Datong into the “Capital of Computing Power in China,” the business development of local enterprises, innovations in independently designed liquid cooling systems, and the pilot commercial use of domestic computing platforms. Vice Chairman Li Zhengyin fully acknowledged the company’s achievements in Shanxi and encouraged ZDATA to make greater contributions to the province’s digital economy and to further increase support for domestic computing technologies.
