On April 10, the groundbreaking ceremony for ZDATA’s "Cultural Digitalization" Green Computing Power Base Project was successfully held in Yizheng City. Municipal Party Committee Secretary and Mayor Meng Dehe; Vice President of ZDATA, Kang Nan; Director of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee and Director of the Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Ding Xuehai; Chairman of the Municipal People’s Political Consultative Conference, Liu Chunhua; Member of the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, Zhao Jun; Deputy Director of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee and Secretary of Zhenzhou Town Party Committee, Xiao Feng; Vice Mayor Yu Lei; Vice Chairman of the Municipal People’s Political Consultative Conference and Secretary of Zaolinwan Party Working Committee, Liu Changjin attended the event and jointly launched the Green Computing Power Base Project.

ZDATA’s "Cultural Digitalization" Green Computing Power Base Project is designated as a Major Project of Jiangsu Province for 2025. Invested and constructed by Yangzhou Zhongyun Zhisuan Data Technology Co., Ltd., the project spans 193 mu (approximately 12.87 hectares) and is located in the Big Data Industrial Park within the Economic Development Zone. It primarily involves the construction of an intelligent computing center and supporting facilities.
In the future, the project will not only facilitate the deep integration of culture and technology but also drive the digital transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu’s cultural industry, positioning itself as a new national benchmark for cultural digitalization.

Municipal Party Committee Secretary and Mayor Meng Dehe emphasized in his speech the need to fully accelerate the project’s commencement. He urged authorities to streamline registration and approval procedures, optimize resource allocation for land and energy consumption, and expedite the signing and launch of pending projects in accordance with the principle of "prioritizing early starts and comprehensive launches." He also called for meticulous preparations for key milestones such as the "April 18" event, including targeted investor invitations and project prioritization, to ensure smooth implementation. Additionally, he stressed the importance of enhancing construction efficiency by rigorously managing the project’s lifecycle—from groundbreaking and statistical inclusion to completion and operation—to ensure timely inclusion in official statistics. He mandated a "list-based, milestone-driven" approach for provincial and municipal-level projects, with continuous tracking, monthly progress reviews, and strict adherence to timelines.

ZDATA Vice President Kang Nan, on behalf of the company, extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to the attending leaders. He stated, "Yizheng’s big data industry is experiencing rapid growth, and the 'Cultural Digitalization' Green Computing Power Base Project will further strengthen regional computing capabilities. Since its preparation phase, the project has benefited from the strong support of leaders at all levels and Yizheng’s highly efficient business environment, ensuring swift progress. The launch of this project marks not only ZDATA’s critical exploration into the coordinated development of 'cultural content + computing power' in the cultural digitalization sector but also a milestone in collaborative innovation with industry partners to shape a digital future."

Upon completion, the project will accelerate regional economic upgrading, deepen the integration of culture and technology, foster industrial chain clustering, establish a new highland for the digital economy, and propel industries toward smarter, more efficient, and greener development, creating substantial new productive value across Yizheng’s diverse sectors.
